Please fold down the legs and place them in the crib with any extra items to return before packaging the items in cardboard (see here for details).

Once we receive the product we will check that it meets the eligibility criteria and confirm by email within 10 days whether it is deemed eligible and confirm our buyback price. Subject to the terms of the guarantee, we will then request your bank details to transfer the buyback amount. Please see the buyback guarantee for full terms and conditions.

Once you click complete we shall organise collection on the date specified and email you a confirmation.
