After initiating Buyback with us and receiving confirmation of the collection date, please prepare your products for collection as follows.

1. If you haven't already, clean the product as per the care instructions.

2. Remove the four bolts from the legs, separate the support bars and fold down the legs.
3. If returning a crib:
i. Place the crib in a cardboard box (ideally the same one we sent it to you in). If you wish to return the mattress leave it in there too.
ii. Place the legs, bolts and support bars inside the crib. Please also place any additional legs, support bars and bolts in the crib.
iii. Place the support straps, Allen key and any extra Alora mattresses or bedding you would like us to recycle or compost in the crib.
3. If just returning an extra set of legs:
i. Place the folded down legs in a cardboard box (ideally the same one we sent it to you in).
ii. Place the bolts, Allen key and support bars inside the box.
iii. Add any extra Alora mattresses or bedding you would like us to recycle or compost to the box.
4. Seal the box securely and clearly attach the collection sticker to the box (we will email you this when confirming your delivery date).
5. On the agreed collection day, hand the box to the friendly collection driver or leave it in a safe, weather proof, accessible location for collection.
6. Sit back and relax, knowing you've made the world slightly better. We will be in contact to confirm the buyback amount.
