  • How does the Buyback guarantee work?
Have a look at our Buyback Guarantee page for all the details. The buyback will be for a price agreed at the date of purchase as set out in the guarantee. It must be within a period of 3 years from the date of delivery, and is subject to the item being returned in an acceptable condition. After 3 years, we'll still take the Eco-Crib back if you no longer want it, but we won't be able to pay you for it.
  • How do I request Buyback?
You can request Buyback from on the website by filling in the initiate Buyback form and selecting a suitable collection date. Alternatively you can email us at hello@alorababy.com with your name and order number. We will then be in contact to get the necessary details from you and to agree a collection date.
  • How do I return the Eco-Crib or extra legs?
After arranging Buyback with us, please pack up the Eco-Crib and any extra legs. Dismantle the legs, and place all parts inside the crib with the bolts and (if you still have them) the attachment straps and Allen key. Feel free to include any washed Alora bedding or Alora mattresses you have finished with. Although we cannot buy back mattresses and bedding, we will make sure they are responsibly composted or recycled. We will check with you when arranging Buyback if any parts are damaged or missing. Depending on the part, it may impact your Buyback price. Please then place everything in a cardboard box (the same box it came in, if available) ready for collection. A delivery driver will then collect it from you on the agreed date. A step by step guide can be found here. Issues or questions? Please just contact customer services.
